I'm not okay. I don't want to feel like this for the rest of my life. I have to do something about it as soon as possible.

Make a list of everything that's not working and find ways to improve yourself and your life.
You need more or less 66 days to get used to a new habit (yep, not 21 as everyone says, read more about this here), and I'm starting on the 1st of April.
